Although the forecasts for 2013 indicated that mortgage interest rates would slowly rise, as of mid-May they were still hovering close to historic lows of 3.25% to 3.50%.
However, since late May, we have seen significant increases of .75% to 1.0% to home insurance interest rates across the board! Some conventional rates are even above 4.25%!
